Private school

Close to the station and the city center is the private school, which in 2015 received a new area with a schoolyard, playground and playing fields.

Steno School

In the early 1900s, the production of beets and sugar on Lolland was under pressure, which meant that over 12,000 Polish women worked on Lolland. Many have settled and Lolland still has a strong Polish connection today. It makes sense that the Catholic private school Stenoskolen was established in 1920, although today it is also open to non-Catholic students.
